Medan Airport has a single terminal handling both domestic and international services.
The building is set with a design that reflects Indonesian Batak tribe culture.
Levels
Medan Airport Terminal facilities are split into a couple of levels:
Ground level
This is the Arrivals and check-in area. Find here the baggage claim area, transportation, among other services.
First level
This level is divided into the domestic and the international terminals (it is just a departures level). VIP lounges are also hosted in this level.

Saphire Blue Sky Executive Lounge: Domestic Terminal, First level. Service hours: From 05:00 am until 10:00 pm. Services: Internet Terminals, food, snacks, newspapers and magazines, TV and Wi-Fi.
Garuda Indonesia Executive Lounge: Domestic Terminal. Service hours: From first departure until last departure. Services: Snacks, TV, premium food, newspapers and magazines.
Saphire Mandai Exectuive Lounge: International Terminal, first level. Service hours: From 05:00 am to 10:00 pm. Services: TV, food, snacks, newspapers and magazines.
